The Graduate Production Program is a structured, fast-paced initiative to bridge the gap between your academic background and the demands of real-world precast production and on-site construction. Over the course of the program, you will not just sit behind a desk, but you will be on the production floor, driving impact and learning from day one.

To give you a holistic understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, you will rotate across our advanced production lines. You will gain deep, hands-on experience with our diverse product portfolio, including our latest, most innovative, and technologically advanced production line: the Hollow Core Slabs.
