The EC funded ePlus Ecosystem project wants to match researchers in digital technologies with web entrepreneurs and business minded people for mutual benefit, and wants your views. The basic idea of ePlus Ecosystem is to link together several 'entrepreneur support ecosystems', each established to help local web entrepreneurs develop their startups, and expand their service offer. Entrepreneurs will be able access services offered by all participating ecosystems and other valuable offers, taking their startup to an international level. Some of those services involve researchers:
"Date an entrepreneur"would match researchers with web entrepreneurs looking for specific academic skills;
"Date a Researcher" would match researchers with new business ideas with entrepreneurs to help them take their research results to the market.
But, as they point out in a recent blog post on their recently launched site:
"Like any startup, we need to ensure that what we're building is what our users need: if you are a web entrepreneur, researcher, ecosystem manager, startup mentor, investor or similar, please take this survey" here
