LUT´s Laboratory of Green Chemistry is focused on minimizing the hazard and maximizing the efficiency of any chemical choice. One approach is also to find new solutions to prevent and decrease environmental pollution.
LUT´s Laboratory of Green Chemistry is now have
six (6) Junior Researcher positions
available.
Junior Researchers will be working in research projects where novel technologies are investigated in order to enhance the municipal wastewater treatment and improve the utilization of municipal sludge. Technologies related are microbial fuel cells, ion-exchange, AOPs, electrochemistry, and sludge treatment by different radiation techniques, carbonization, and electrochemical methods. The applicants should have MSc or MSc (Eng.) degrees in a relevant field either in chemical engineering, environmental engineering or chemistry giving the eligibility for doctoral studies in the target time.
