The Lab for Open Innovation in Science (LOIS) was developed by the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft (LBG) to offer scientists professional training in Open Innovation. LOIS focuses on improving novelty and impact of scientific research by means of applying Open Innovation principles and methods. As a result of the significant interest in the format and the positive international response, the LOIS program is being offered again next year, starting May 2, 2018.

HEART: HEalth related Activity Recognition system based on IoT is an international, inter-sectoral, interdisciplinary project providing Marie Skłodowska-Curie PhD Fellowships to 6 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs), with the potential to become the leaders of tomorrow in the Internet of Things domain applied to the Health sector.

HEART is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research & innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie – ITN Industrial Doctorate.

Η Διοικούσα Επιτροπή του Ευρωπαϊκού Κέντρου Περιβαλλοντικής Έρευνας και Κατάρτισης του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου ανακοινώνει τη διοργάνωση του 13ου Διεπιστημονικού Προγράμματος Εκπαίδευσης Νέων Επιστημόνων με θέμα "Νησιωτικότητα, Περιβάλλον και Ανάπτυξη: Θαλάσσιες Μεταφορές και Ενέργεια", το οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Αγία Πελαγία Κυθήρων το χρονικό διάστημα μεταξύ 29 Σεπτεμβρίου και 5 Οκτωβρίου 2017.
