The Hellenic Observatory seeks to appoint a Research Officer who will engage in the management of external research projects; help develop a programme of research, seeking external funding, in conjunction with Hellenic Observatory academic staff; and, will pursue his/her own high quality research related to Greece and/or Cyprus.

The Research Officer will:

Three funded postdoctoral positions at the St. Michael’s Hospital/University of Toronto (Department of Biochemistry) are available in the lab of Dr. Greg Fairn.

The preferred start date is April 1st, 2020. In principle, the position can be divided into two half-time positions.

These Fellowships are available to researchers characterized by a strong and creative mind, an ability to think and communicate beyond their own disciplines, regardless of their nationality. The applications are evaluated in a three-stage process by international reviewers. The personal assessment of the finalists will take place at a Workshop on Future Directions, to be held at the University of Konstanz in February 2020.

The preferred start date is March 1st, 2020. Conditionally on the submission of an

external grant, the position can be extended for an additional year. In principle, the position can be divided into two half-time positions.

The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences is seeking 11 highly motivated and dynamic researchers to commence the BRIDGE – Translational Excellence Programme on 1 April 2020. Fellows will be appointed for a period of two years and receive an annual sum of DKK 50.000 to cover costs for PC, travel, participation in meetings and conferences, language courses and activities not offered within the programme.

CONEX-Plus is a training and incoming mobility program funded by the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), the European Commission’s Marie Sklodowska-Curie COFUND Action, and Banco Santander.
