Το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (Ι.Κ.Υ.) και η Γερμανική Υπηρεσία Ακαδημαϊκών Ανταλλαγών (DAAD), στο πλαίσιο διμερούς συμφωνίας, υλοποιούν πρόγραμμα συνεργασίας πανεπιστημιακών και ερευνητικών ιδρυμάτων της Ελλάδας και της Γερμανίας, τα οποία εκπροσωπούνται από ομάδες επιστημόνων ή ερευνητών όλων των γνωστικών αντικειμένων, με έναν επιστημονικό υπεύθυνο για κάθε ομάδα και ανά χώρα, προκειμένου να καταρτίσουν και να ολοκληρώσουν ένα ερευνητικό σχέδιο.

Problem-oriented, inter-disciplinary and transverse research in Energy and Environment is pursed while putting the emphasis on either industry relevance or high visibility in leading academic journals.

“LimnoPlast - Microplastics in Europe's freshwater ecosystems: From sources to solutions” is funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Innovative Training Network) and offers 15 fully funded PhD positions (for early-stage researcher (ESR)) with attractive complementary training activities and generous travel, laboratory and research budgets.

The two PhD students will perform research on electrochemical reactions involving nitrogen in order to form useful products like ammonia. This topic is highly challenging because of the stability of the di-nitrogen molecule and because of competing side reactions. You will perform research on the design of electrochemical cells, the use of electro catalysts, electrolytes and detection and separation of the products.

As an eScience research engineer, you will operate in a team consisting of both eScience Research Engineers and researchers from partner institutions. Your goal will be to develop high-quality scientific software for collaborativeresearch projects.

The Dynamic Systems Group at São Paulo State University’s Institute of Biosciences, Letters and Exact Sciences (IBILCE-UNESP) invites applications for 2 post-doctoral positions: one vacancy to perform research project on Continuous Dynamical Systems, and the other to perform research project on Discrete Dynamical Systems.
