Το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών προκηρύσσει τη χορήγηση δέκα (10) υποτροφιών, με διαγωνισμό, για μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές (μάστερ) στον τομέα της παιδαγωγικής επιστήμης, εξ ολοκλήρου στο εξωτερικό (σε μία εκ των χωρών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης), κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2020-2021, από τα έσοδα του «Θεοδωρίδειου Κληροδοτήματος Εκπαιδευτικών» του αείμνηστου Πάνου Δημητρίου Θεοδωρίδη.

Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής έχουν πτυχιούχοι ΑΕΙ της ημεδαπής, δάσκαλοι ή καθηγητές, χωρίς περιορισμό ηλικίας και ανεξάρτητα αν έχουν διοριστεί ως υπάλληλοι του δημοσίου ή αλλού.

The Turing Centre for Living Systems (CENTURI) wishes to attract talented PhD students to the Luminy campus. To do so, CENTURI will fund up to 18 PhD positions to start in 2020. PhD students will work in an interdisciplinary life science environment, and have backgrounds in any of the following fields: cell or developmental biology, immunology, neurobiology, biophysics, theoretical physics, computer science, bioinformatics, applied mathematics, engineering.

Dalhousie University is recruiting post-doctoral fellows to work on the Computational Biogeochemical Modeling of Marine Ecosystems (CBIOMES) project. CBIOMES is an interdisciplinary, multi-institutional project funded by the Simons Foundation to better understand the biogeography of marine microbes and quantify the relationship between microbial biogeography and elemental cycles using a combination of modelling, statistical analyses of lab and field data, and laboratory experiments.

The laboratory of Professor Tor Ny investigates the role of the protease plasminogen in inflammatory processes such as wound healing, radiation side effects, periodontitis and periimplantitis. We have discovered that the plasma protein plasminogen is a key inflammatory regulator that play an important role in the defense against several diseases. Unique mouse models for the study of these diseases have been developed.

The position is available within Sebastian Deindl's research group (www.deindl-lab.com), an international research team that provides a stimulating and friendly environment for scientists with a genuine interest in tackling important biological questions.

The DAAD and the Research Training Group “Integrity and Collaboration in Dynamic Sensor Networks” (www.icsens.uni-hannover.de) at Leibniz Universität Hannover jointly award 2 full scholarships for doctoral studies financed by the DAAD Graduate School Scholarship Programme (GSSP). Starting in 2020, funding for three years will be provided.
